I am SUPER excited about this upcoming challenge and accountability group because it focuses on the THREE things that I am passionate about – exercise, clean-eating AND mental/emotional health!
This group is a boot camp for your body, mind AND soul. It’s designed for YOU… for YOU to take 3 weeks (only 21 days!) to really FOCUS on yourself – to hone in on your fitness, nutrition AND your mental health.
All three of these things are infinitely intertwined. You can’t truly and fully have one without the other two. I have known that for a long time BUT I have finally found a way where I can (and do) have ALL three! YES, it’s possible!
I am just like YOU. I am no different, no better, no smarter, no more of anything than you are. I am a military spouse, a mother of two and a part-time mental health counselor. I am BUSY. I know YOU are busy too!
BUT it is time to take care of YOU! You cannot take care of others before you take care of yourself. You cannot show up to work or for your family or for whatever else you have going on in the best way until YOU are your BEST!
Now, just to be clear – I am a work in progress (as we all are). I am not perfect (far from it).
BUT I am the best version of myself that I can be right now…and it is all because of these tools that I want to share with you! I am working on me EVERY S.I.N.G.L.E. DAY and I am inviting YOU to work on YOU right along with me!
Is it going to be easy? HELL NO!
Is it going to be hard? HELL YES!
Is it going to be uncomfortable? SOMETIMES!
Will it be worth it? ABSO-FREAKIN’-LUTELY!
I am looking for 10 people who are SERIOUS about working on themselves – who are SERIOUS about focusing on their nutrition, fitness and emotional health for 21 days. I can ONLY take 10 people because I want this to be personal and individualized. I TRULY believe these tools will help you and I want to be able to give you my utmost attention for these 21 days and so the spots are limited.
Who is this group for?
- Anyone who is willing to work HARD
- Anyone who wants to improve his/her body, mind and soul
- Anyone who is sick and tired of being sick and tired
- Anyone who wants to get in shape and eat clean
- Anyone who wants to feel good on the inside and look good on the outside
- Anyone who wants to fit back into their skinny jeans!
- Anyone who wants to boost their self-esteem
- Anyone who wants to learn how to love themselves
- Anyone who is up for a challenge
This is what is required to participate:
- Together, we will pick an exercise program (all done at home) that is right for YOU. Some of the exercise programs are only 22-30 minutes long so NO EXCUSES! You can’t tell me you don’t have time.
- You will pick your favorite flavor (or flavors) of Shakeology and drink one per day
- You will follow a clean-eating meal plan (A ton of recipes and guidance will be provided!)
- You will receive a journal (FREE!) and use it to complete your daily assignments that will be posted each day. This is called positive journaling and is an integral part of this process. Don’t think you can skip it!!
Throughout this experience, you will receive TONS of motivation, support, accountability, recipes (for meals and shakes) and guidance. You will be working on your goals right along side others who are working on theirs!
